Drawing inspiration from the classic NZ weatherboard gable vernacular, this design has upper level living to enjoy the views along with a master bedroom suite for apartment style living. The lower levels incorporate guest bedrooms, a living space for access to ground level amenity and garaging. Split level sheltered decking links the 2 levels.
