David Bircham is a Qualified Carpenter and Joiner and also a licensed Architectural Designer based in Dunedin, Otago on the South Island of New Zealand. He is a professional member of ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand) and the Director of Mustard Construction.
He specialises in the design of new timber frame construction both single and two storey homes. His work is a mix of traditional and contemporary. He also undertakes Renovation and Restoration projects.
Being from a Joinery background, timber plays a significant role in his design work and you will find Oak and Ash kitchen benchtops and hardwood flooring among his projects. Engineered timber is used a lot in the structural components and it's not unlikely to find cladding made of Cedar.
