Profile

Young Architects is a small practise that specialises in one off personalised designs.

Our design philosophy is to produce high quality, efficient designs that don't cost the earth to build, and focus on our clients specific requirements.

Young Architects is a full service architecture practice. We carry out full design and documentation, including interior design to give a cohesive result. We also take care of any resource consents, building consents, and project management through to completion.

The style of architecture that we design is based on classical design principles, built using modern technology - whether this be a strictly proportioned modernist design, to a symmetrical neo - gothic alteration.

With the intention to "lightly touch the earth" our designs are efficient to build and efficient to live in. We try to disturb the surroundings as little as possible, and design buildings to fit into their environments.

Client Reviews

Greg is extremely professional, his work is of the highest standard, cutting
edge and at the same time Greg has the ability to use his design flair while
keeping the architectural design as one that works well. His houses always
have good flow and are a delight to live in.

Greg listens to us, the client, and incorporates our wishes into his designs.
Any, (few) changes required are never a problem and Greg processes them quickly and without any prima donna antics exhibited by some architects.
