The house is located in Birkenhead on Auckland, North Shore. Roseberry Ave is one of the older suburbs of the North Shore and has a litter of 100 year old Villa's, most of which are being renovated or moved off to make way for more housing. The owners are a young expanding family that have a passion for house renovation and a love of Villa's. After completing a modest renovation to the front of the existing house 5 years ago, we were commissioned to effectively double the size of the existing house, to accommodate the now family of four for the foreseeable future.
