Glenn is a skilled designer who is passionate about buildings that are architecturally excellent and are also comfortable, efficient and healthy. He works closely with clients to deliver buildings that meet their needs in every way. Glenn has been leading the way with high-performance buildings in New Zealand since 2006. He has successfully delivered several Certified Passive Houses to delighted clients.

We came to Glenn with a dream to build a DOC hut inspired home, suitable for our whānau with 2 growing boys. We wanted to put our money into the parts of the house that would make the most comfort difference and we were unlikely to change in the future.
Glenn listened carefully to our ideas, specific likes/dislikes and our hobbies etc. Then added design flare that captured the essence of the hut but made it a practical space for urban living. Glenn's vast knowledge of Passive House standards allowed us to make the most of our spend by incorporating good design.
He welcomed us as part of the design team to work collaboratively, bouncing ideas so that all the finishing details matched our dreams. We love our home. It's warm, dry and comfortable year round.
