New purpose built facility for early childhood education. The building is future proofed for the addition of solar panels and water storage and includes EV charging for the staff. A feature of the building is the naturally finished glulam portals. The claddings are colorsteel, ply sheet & batten and cedar weatherboards. The roof is a ventilated skillion roof complete with acoustic ceiling linings.
