Graham is sole practitioner with a simple philosophy "I won't put into, or accept something in, your home that I wouldn't accept in mine." With that in mind I design around your requirements. Big isn't always better, so with an understanding of your requirements, we can work together to bring your ideas to reality, and deliver this to you in a timely manner.
My portfolio encompasses, residential extensions, alterations and renovations, carports and decks, new homes, homes with alternative materials such as pressed earth blocks, commercial new builds and extensive renovations, Weathertightness repairs and EQC repairs.
I offer a one stop shop with a full Design and Project Management package ensuring your peace of mind from beginning to end. This includes dealing with all authorities, consultants, contracts, contractors and tradesmen, site observation and contract administration.
